This document governs the relationship between TurkeyMetricMasters and organizations utilizing our analytics environment. By accessing our platform, you agree to these operational boundaries designed to protect enterprise insights and data integrity.
User Authorization & Platform Access
Our metrics infrastructure is built for precision. Authorization is granted based on verified enterprise credentials.

01 Eligibility Criteria
To utilize TurkeyMetricMasters services, you must be a legal entity or an authorized representative of an organization registered in Turkey or operating globally with valid tax documentation. Individual personal use is not supported under these commercial terms.
02 Account Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for safeguarding authentication tokens and credentials. Any analytics activity performed under an authorized credential is attributed to the master account holder. Notification of unauthorized access must be submitted via Contact Us within 24 hours.
03 Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse engineering of metric calculation models.
- Automated scraping of dashboard interfaces.
- Redistribution of raw data streams to third parties.
- Circumvention of geographic regionality locks.
Intellectual Assets & Proprietary Models
TurkeyMetricMasters holds exclusive rights to the proprietary algorithms used to generate enterprise insights. This includes the visual layout of our reporting suites, the logic of our weighted averages, and the unique data indexing methods applied to Turkish market variables.
Our Ownership
Software code, UI/UX designs, trademarks, and synthesized metric reports.
Your License
A non-exclusive, revocable right to view and export reports for internal business use.
The name "TurkeyMetricMasters" and the domain TurkeyMetricMasters.digital are protected under intellectual property laws of the Republic of Turkey and international treaties.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% precision in our analytics, TurkeyMetricMasters provides services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the enterprise insights provided will result in specific financial outcomes or market success.
In no event shall TurkeyMetricMasters be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or data interpretation errors. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the previous twelve-month period.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failures caused by external internet infrastructure, localized power outages in Istanbul or other regions, or acts of regulatory bodies beyond our control.
Service Termination
Violations of these terms may result in immediate suspension of metrics access. Both parties reserve the right to terminate service with a 30-day written notice. For details on how your data is handled post-termination, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these rules. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
